You walk in the door of Mike Greer Homes newest show home in Falcons Landing, Rolleston and you're immediately met by a beautiful light-filled home of impeccable standard. The white walls allow the stunning Belle Endless laminate floorboards to shine, creating a stunning streamlined look that sets the president for the rest of the home.
With an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that flows through to four beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, a separate laundry and internal access garage, this stunning show home effortlessly includes everything you need in a home and more. The beautiful interior design throughout was completed by Haley at Cleine Design.
The vaulted ceilings paired with cathedral windows pours light into the room allowing the moody ink blue feature walls to shine while not taking over the space.

The lounge is easily accessed through a double width barn slider that creates great flow within the home while still offering the opportunity for privacy by pulling it across. As you walk from the laminate onto the carpet you're enveloped by the warmth of the soft neutral carpet which softly reflects some of the light streaming in through the floor to ceiling windows.

The living areas are the perfect mix of light and dark, hard flooring that flows to soft and architectural lines juxtaposed with the softness of furnishings and plants. Padding down the hallway across the carpet the colour continues to compliment every other interior you find along the hall with it's slight hint of warmth, pairing perfectly with the colourful bedrooms.
Rich greens, warm mustards and blues through to pastel pinks vibrantly fill the four bedrooms with the carpet complimenting each look beautifully. This is often a colour that could be easily overlooked at swatch size, but it's effect on the space and ability to pair seamlessly with so many colours makes it a total winner in our eyes!
