Steve and Graeme realised that there was a need in the market for a floorcovering retailer to provide the whole package including: Carpet, Vinyl, Timber, Tiles and Polished Concrete for all markets both Residential and Commercial. The Flooring Centre was opened in April 2003 to meet this need, if it goes on the floor, The Flooring Centre can supply it.On the back of this successful formula The Flooring Centre has grown to be The South Islands largest independent floorcovering retailer employing over 50 staff including our own qualified installers. We are able to undertake any project large or small with the peace of mind of guaranteeing all of our residential installations for the life of the product. Equally important, it is our policy to only stock and sell floorcoverings from recognised leading manufacturers and suppliers who stand behind their products and honour their guarantees.
The Flooring Centre offer free interior decor advice with our own qualified interior designers and provide free detailed quotations, that even show the positioning of where any proposed seams in your new carpet will be placed.
