COVID-19 Customer Update

Following the update on the 23rd of March 2020 from the New Zealand government all The Flooring Centre branches will be closing our doors until declared safe to re-open. While we understand that this is a difficult time for our customers we want to reassure you that we will be up and running again as soon as it is declared safe.

All current deposits, installations and confirmed jobs will be honoured as soon as normal business hours can be resumed. We are currently working through contacting all clients to discuss rescheduling. 

We know this is a difficult time for you, your family and friends and wish you all the best over the next few weeks.

FAQ's

Will my job be completed?

If your job has been started we have our installers out on site on the 24th of March 2020 completing all residential work. There should be no uncompleted work on residential installations by 5pm.

I have paid a deposit, can I get a refund?

As soon as normal business hours resume we will be able to honour all deposits and reschedule installation. 

I had a measure/installation booked during the shutdown, will you still be able to complete this?

Due to the nationwide requirements of the government closure we will not be able to complete this work. We are contacting each customer to let them know about rescheduling, and will get onto this as soon as we are back up and running.

Can I book a measure and quote while you are closed?
