Freight - we have two options available:

Option 1 - You can collect your flooring directly from our Christchurch Depot

Option 2 - You can arrange a freight carrier to collect on your behalf and ship anywhere to you directly.

Please note: freight charges are not included in the pricing and please contact us 1 working day in advance prior to collection.

 

Product Colours: Actual product colours & designs may vary due to screen settings and lighting. We encourage you to order free samples before making your final purchase as well viewing the samples in different lighting.


Measurements: Please ensure your flooring installer checks all measurements and quantities before you order your flooring. We will not consider any claims for short orders once carpet has been cut or installed. We do not provide a refund or credit for any leftover product. Conversely, if you do not order enough product we cannot guarantee that we will have more stock of the product you need and that it will be from the same dye lot or production batch.


No Returns: Please make your selections carefully. Once you have received your order, please check all aspects of you order carefully including colour, cuts and other as no refunds or credits will be given for over-supply and no responsibility is taken for under-supply. Advise immediately (within 24 hours) if goods are damaged, defective, short supplied or incorrect in any way. No credit or replacement is offered after this time or following installation by others.
