We collect your personal information in order to complete orders and keep in contact with you as a customer. We will also collect and collate any data collected in-store, over the phone or via the website (or via any other alternative method) as well as analytics data to better identify the needs of our consumers and create a better future service.

Besides our staff, we will not share your personal data with a third party. We will only contact you upon completion of your service to complete a Customer Survey and you may wish to sign up for our monthly flooring updates, tips and promotions.

Providing some information is optional, however if you choose not to give us certain information it may be difficult to complete the service you require.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
