The Flooring Centre was proud to be part of this beautiful new location for the Golden Healthcare Group, offering a stylish space for the residents of Lady Wigram Retirement Village to reside within. Flooring installed was supplied by Belgotex (formally Irvine's), and helps to create a warm atmosphere with timber floors and custom carpets throughout the common areas.
Featuring: Plantation European Oak timber runs throughout much of the lower level with feature areas of custom Ege carpet.
The light, airy entrance and sitting area offers a relaxing space for residents to sit while they wait for trips out, or to meet with family and friends. The vintage look of the carpet and the rich hue of it creates a feeling of depth within the spaces and has been expertly mixed with the decor to achieve an inviting area for residents. The carpet beautifully complements the timber flooring throughout the entrance which then flows effortlessly through to the dining area.

The recreation areas are just as beautiful as the entrance and dining hall. Each with their own look and carpeted in a complimentary yet custom design by Belgotex. The pool table residing in the games room features a slightly darker and moodier atmosphere while still exuding relaxation and restfulness. Calming tones of green and navy mix with the wood to create a feeling of homeliness not often found in a retirement village setting.

The movie theater within the complex offers yet another area for residents to while away their days in comfort, with easy access and spacious viewing for up to 33 residents.

Up on the second floor, the halls are easily accessible and provide wide access ways to modern rooms and apartments that have been designed to fit their purpose while maintaining a contemporary feel with open plan living. The mix of natural look materials such as timber and granite, with the modern yet paired back interior throughout the building has created a contemporary yet warm and inviting space for the residents to reside.
